From Opus Bono Sacerdotii: "I so miss offering Holy Mass!"

Opus Bono Sacerdotii
Work for the Good of the Priesthood

The note below is from Fr. joseph, a priest in prison whom we have been helping:

"I have so appreciated you guys over the years, especially
for the postage stamps and the Magnificat. It is my greatest gift to be able to recite the daily hours and then have a
communion service spiritually. I so miss offering Holy Mass!
I have been incarcerated for 20 years. The great thing is God has not forgotten me as you have said to me so often.

He surprises me daily with His use of me here.

Just as Jesus did when He walked among the sinners,
these men are now my family and walking among them has truly been a privilege.  We are all sinners on a journey of great wonder.
Thank you for coming along! There really is no one else
outside these walls who will call me friend, let alone tell me
how much they love me like you all do!

Be assured of my prayers for
your staff and all your Partners in Mission during Lent."

-Father Joseph

Without you, we would not be able to care for the thousands of Catholic priests who have come to us for assistance.

Will you please consider becoming a partner in mission with us, so that we can help care for priests like Father Joseph?

May the Passion of Christ be your strength during this holy season of Lent,

Joe Maher
President

P.S. The need is urgent during this time of lent!
