Dear Family of Mary!

Today we receive the monthly message through Marija. To prepare, let's consider and pray over the January 25, 2014 message:

"Dear children! Pray, pray, pray for the radiance of your prayer to have an influence on those whom you meet. Put the Sacred Scripture in a visible place in your families and read it, so that the words of peace may begin to flow in your hearts. I am praying with you and for you, little children, that from day to day you may become still more open to God's will. Thank you for having responded to my call." (January 25, 204)

Looking back over the past month, I am aware of such great turmoil in the world. Darkness, strife, lack of peace... In this message, Our Lady is asking us to be the antidote to this turmoil. She wants us to pray, pray, pray...until the radiance of that prayer will shine on our neighbors and help them to find their way into the peace and hope of God! She wants us to read and ponder Holy Scripture until the great words of peace from our Savior begin to flow in our own hearts and overflow into the hearts and lives of our neighbors. She wants us to become the solution to the difficult problems of our time. Peace and light. That is our gift to others, a gift we receive from God through prayer and His Word.

And lastly, Our Lady is praying for us so that we will be open to God's will, His will for each one of us personally. As we walk more and more in step with God, we will beat a path to peace, to the new time that Our Lady waits impatiently for, when God will reign and all men will live according to God's will.

This message is very powerful. May we live it. May it become our reality.

In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
